Cancellation Policy
We thank you for choosing us to accompany you in your process. Our goal is to provide you with the best service possible, so we have established these reservation policies to ensure that your experience is efficient, respectful, and smooth. 1. Appointment Booking Appointments can be booked through our online system or by contacting us directly. We recommend making your reservation in advance to secure the desired time. 2. Appointment Confirmation When you make your reservation, you will receive a confirmation by email or message. We ask that you verify the date and time of your appointment to avoid possible inconveniences. 3. Payment for Sessions Payment for the session must be made at least 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment. This payment can be made through the available payment methods, which will be detailed during the booking process. If payment is not received within the stipulated time, the appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled. 4. Waiting Time We understand that unforeseen events may arise. For this reason, we offer a 15-minute waiting period. If you do not show up within this time without prior notice, the session will be considered as not attended, and cannot be rescheduled. 5. Modification or Cancellation of Appointments If you need to cancel or modify your appointment, please let us know as far in advance as possible. To ensure a fair and organized service: Cancellation more than 5 hours in advance: No additional charge will be charged. Cancellation less than 5 hours in advance: 50% of the session value will be charged. No-show: If you do not show up for the appointment without prior notice, 100% of the session value will be charged. 6. Punctuality We ask that you arrive punctually to your appointment. If you are late, the lost time cannot be recovered, and the session will end at the scheduled time. Your collaboration is key to being able to offer a punctual and quality service to all our patients. 7. Confidentiality and Respect All information shared during sessions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We are committed to providing you with a safe, respectful and professional environment at all times. 8. In case of emergencies In case of unforeseen events or emergencies that require rescheduling your appointment, we ask that you inform us as far in advance as possible to find a solution.
